Scheduling

We recommend that you schedule your next treatment or service prior to leaving Element Day Spa to ensure you receive the appointment that best suits your schedule.

 

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to relax and prepare for your services. Element Day Spa spa clients may also be required to fill out paperwork necessary to safely perform the treatments. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension on a scheduled appointment, and full payment will be required.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to charge you for the full amount of the missed service, without notification, on all forms of payment, including gift certificates. We reserve the right to ask the client to reschedule, or to refuse service at our discretion.

 

Product Returns or Exchanges

Product returns are for store credit only and must be accompanied by store receipt. Makeup is not returnable. Gift certificates and services rendered are nonrefundable. No cash refunds.

 

Cell Phones

For the ultimate Spa and Salon experience for all clients, we request that ALL CELL PHONES BE TURNED ON VIBRATE as you enter the building and be turned onVIBRATE when receiving a spa service.

 

Children

We love children, however for the safety and consideration of our guests and employees, only those children receiving services will be permitted in the service and processing areas. Due to numerous safety considerations, and for the safety of children under 12 years of age who are not receiving services, adult supervision is required in the main reception area by an adult other than the one receiving services. Absolutely no children under the age of 16 years old are permitted in the spa or spa rooms unless receiving services.
